No. Our goal is not to issue notices or fines whenever possible. We prefer to work with homeowners and provide reminders so that small issues can be corrected before they become violations.

Trash pickup occurs on Wednesday and Saturday.
Trash cans must be kept out of public view and stored behind fence lines when they are not set out for collection. Trash pickup days are Wednesday and Saturday. Trash cans may be placed at the curb no earlier than 6:00 PM the evening before pickup and should be removed no later than 8:00 PM on the day of pickup.
Vehicles should be parked in driveways or on the street. Please avoid parking on grass or lawn areas. Residents should also avoid parking too close to fire hydrants or street corners for safety reasons.
Homeowners are responsible for maintaining the exterior of their homes. This includes addressing issues such as rotting wood, peeling paint, loose or falling gutters, dented garage doors, and other visible exterior damage.
Outdoor activities are encouraged; however, basketball goals should not be left in the street or on sidewalks.
Homeowners must maintain both front and back yards. Lawns should be regularly mowed, edged, and kept free of excessive weeds. Bushes and shrubs near the home should be trimmed and maintained.
