Statement of Account Requests

To request a Statement of Account, please provide the following information:

• Property Address
• Buyer(s) Name and Email Address
• Seller(s) Name and Email Address  
• Proposed Closing Date
• Responsible Party for Invoicing 
• Processing option – indicate whether standard or expedited processing is required.
• Occupancy Status –  Please indicate whether the property will be occupied by the owner or rented.

Important: If the property will be rented, the HOA must receive contact information for each new renter every time the property is rented.

Standard Print

• Fee: $375 
• Processing Time: 7–10 business days
   

Expedited

• Fee: $475
• Processing Time: 1–3 business days
   

An invoice will be issued via email upon receipt of the required information.
Payment in full is required prior to the release or return of any documents to the title company.
