Welcome to the official website of Newport and Ellis Landing HOA—your vibrant communities nestled in the heart of League City, Texas.
Two charming neighborhoods, one united community. The HOA holds our neighborhood meetings the Quarterly tentative dates are:
March 17th, June 16th, Sep 15th , Dec 15th
As we transition to new management, we’re in the process of finding a new meeting location. In the meantime, all meetings will be held via Zoom. Please stay tuned for updates and announcements.

New Signs Installed
New HOA information signs have been installed throughout the Newport Ellis Landing community. These signs help residents and visitors quickly access important HOA information, including community guidelines and resources available through the owner’s portal.
This update is part of the HOA’s ongoing efforts to improve communication and make important community information easier to find. Residents are encouraged to continue using the owner’s portal for announcements, documents, and updates.
