It has been brought to the HOA's attention that the grass along Hobbs Road has become overgrown.

Please note that this area is maintained by the City, not the HOA. The City has been notified of the concern and has advised that the area is scheduled to be mowed nine (9) times per year as part of its regular maintenance program.

This is a reminder to all homeowners and residents that short-term rentals are not permitted within our community.

Per the HOA governing documents, leasing or renting properties for short durations (including daily or weekly stays) is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, listings on platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, or similar services. 

• Advertising or offering a property for short-term rental is a violation, even if no booking occurs.
• Owners are responsible for ensuring tenants and guests comply with all HOA regulations.

Please be advised of the following important reminders regarding account management and communications:

• Mailing Address Responsibility: Homeowners are responsible for providing and maintaining a current and accurate mailing address with the HOA.
• Missed Notices & Fees: The HOA is not liable for missed notices, statements, or late fees resulting from outdated or incorrect contact information on file.
